1. Who we are
This policy applies to sitein48.ca, operated by SiteIn48 (Murtaza Haider) in Quebec, Canada. We are the controller of the personal information described below.
2. Information we collect
Forms (contact, campaign application): name, email, phone, business name, city/province, primary service, web URL, information about your current booking setup, monthly capacity and your goals. Analytics: pages visited, device, referrer and anonymized click events. Communications: content of emails exchanged with you.
3. Why we use it
To respond to your request, review your application, contact you about the campaign, run and monitor your campaign where applicable, measure site performance and meet our legal obligations.
4. How we review applications
Each application is reviewed personally by Murtaza. We do not make automated decisions with a significant effect on you. If we decide not to move forward, your data remains subject to the retention rules below.
5. How we contact you
We contact you by email or phone about the campaign you applied for. We do not send marketing newsletters. Marketing campaigns are not part of our services.
6. Service providers that process information
We use the following providers to run the site and reply to you:
- Lovable Cloud / Supabase — site hosting and database for submissions
- Cloudflare Workers — site runtime and content delivery
- Google Workspace (Gmail API) — delivery of confirmations and notifications
- Google Analytics — anonymized site audience measurement
- Meta Ads / Meta Pixel — advertising campaign measurement (where applicable)
- Calendly — scheduling of phone/video calls
These providers may process data outside Quebec or Canada (including in the United States). We do not sell or rent your personal information.
7. Cookies and analytics
We use essential cookies to run the site, analytics cookies (Google Analytics) and an advertising pixel (Meta Pixel). You can block or clear cookies from your browser settings.
8. Retention
Submissions are retained up to 24 months after the last exchange, then deleted or anonymized, unless a legal obligation (accounting, dispute) requires longer retention.
9. Your rights (Quebec Law 25, PIPEDA)
You can request access to your personal information, its correction, deletion, or transfer. You can also withdraw your consent at any time. Email contact@sitein48.ca. We respond within a reasonable time, generally 30 days.
